Designed with flexibility in mind, you will receive immediate access to all video modules so that you can master the B.O.L.D. Breakthrough Lifestyle. **Follow along week by week or consume all the content in a weekend…it’s your choice!
Each module contains teaching videos, resources, and personal activities for you to complete. Stack new healthy habits, layer by layer!
The videos are short and easy to consume, so that you can start seeing results as quickly as possible!
Coaching:
Weekly LIVE Group coaching sessions via Zoom. (Sessions are recorded and replays will be available in the portal for no less than 4 weeks.)
